How many photos should I send?
2 or 3 clear photos: one from the front, one from the side and one that shows its colours well. Avoid blurry or dark photos.
What if the figurine doesn't look like my pet?
You approve a 3D preview before we print anything. Until you say yes, we keep adjusting.
How big is the figurine?
About 8 to 10 cm (3 to 4 inches) tall. It fits in the palm of your hand.
Is it a toy?
No. It's a decorative collectible figurine, not intended for children under 14 (small parts).
Which animals do you make?
Mostly dogs and cats, but also rabbits, birds and other companions. Write to us if you're not sure.
Can I get one for a pet that passed away?
Yes. Many people make one as a keepsake. Send the best photos you have, and we'll take good care of them.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, to Canada and the United States, with tracking.
What do you do with my photos?
They are only used to make your figurine. We never post them without your permission, and we delete them after delivery.
