Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship everywhere in Canada. Every figurine is printed and shipped from Lévis, Québec. We don't ship to the United States for now: new US import duties would almost double the price.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price ($89 CAD, or $79 CAD at the founders' price for the first 100 figurines). Final price: no taxes or fees added. Nothing to pay at delivery.
When your figurine ships
Your figurine is custom-made. We print it after you approve your 3D preview. It ships 3 to 5 business days after your approval.
Delivery time
With Canada Post (Expedited Parcel, tracked), after shipping:
- Québec: 1 to 3 business days
- Ontario and the Maritimes: 2 to 5 business days
- Prairies, British Columbia: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote areas and territories: up to 10 business days
For Christmas: order by December 1.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You get your tracking number by email the day it ships.
Prices
All prices on chibiyo.com are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Broken or lost
Arrived broken? Email info@chibiyo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We remake it or refund you (see our Refund Policy). Tracking stuck for more than 5 business days? Write to us and we'll handle it with Canada Post.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. Made a mistake? Write to info@chibiyo.com before your order ships.
