2. Your pet's photos

One photo of their face is enough. Up close, so we see their eyes and ears.

Tip: daylight, no flash, at their eye level.

Photograph only your pet: avoid people and visible addresses.

Has your pet passed away? Older photos work too. Pick the one where you recognize them best.

    Add more photos (optional)

More photos = a closer likeness. The most helpful ones:

    • Whole bodyNothing cut off: ears, paws, tail.
    • From the sideNose to tail.
    • Their backOnly if it has spots or stripes.
    • A unique detailClose-up: a spot, a folded ear…

e.g. one blue eye and one brown, white tail tip

    More details (optional)

This helps the figurine look more like them. You can skip it.

Not sure? Leave “Mixed / I don't know”.

    What color are their eyes?

Light often changes eye color in photos. Pick the real one.

    Step 3 of 3

Your photos are only used to create their image. A copy goes through our AI tool (outside Québec); everything is deleted after about 30 days.

What we do with your photos and email

Your photos are used only to create your chibi image and your figurine. They are stored in Canada. To draw your chibi, we send them to Google Gemini (AI), which may process them outside Québec, along with your "what makes them unique" note if you write one. If you order, only the chibi image is sent to Meshy (AI) to build the 3D model. We delete your photos about 30 days after delivery, or 30 days after your request if you don't order. Your email is used to send you your image if you ask, and to reply to you about it. The newsletter: only if you tick the box and confirm your email.
