FAQ
Price and timing
When will I receive my figurine?
3D preview by email within 3 business days of your order. After you approve it, your figurine ships within 2 weeks (2 to 3 weeks after your order). Then Canada Post (tracked) takes 1 to 3 business days in Québec, 2 to 5 in Ontario and the Maritimes, 4 to 7 in the Prairies and British Columbia, and up to 10 in remote areas and the territories. In total: about 11 to 18 business days from order to door in Québec, up to about 25 in remote areas, plus the time you take to approve (and a revision, if you ask for one).
How much does it cost?
89 CAD, shipping included in Canada, gift box included. Founders' price: 79 CAD for the first 100 figurines (#001 to #100), each with its number engraved. Final price: no taxes or fees added.
The figurine
How big is the figurine?
About 8 to 10 cm (3 to 4 inches) tall. It fits in the palm of your hand.
Is it a toy?
No. It's a decorative collectible figurine, not intended for children under 14 (small parts).
Which animals do you make?
Mostly dogs and cats — from huskies and German shepherds to tabbies and rescues. Rabbits, birds and other companions too. Write to us if you're not sure.
Photos
How many photos should I send?
One clear photo of the face is enough. You can add up to 4 more (whole body, from the side, its back, a unique detail) to get closer to the real thing. Avoid blurry or dark photos, and skip the flash: it hides eye colour.
Preview and refunds
What if the figurine doesn't look like my pet?
You approve a 3D preview before we print anything, and one revision is included. If it still isn't right, you get a full refund, as long as printing hasn't started.
How do you get the eyes right?
The eyes are the detail people notice first, so we check them first. Before your preview goes out, a person compares the model's eyes with your photos: shape, size, spacing and where they look. In your 3D preview, look at the eyes before anything else. If they're off, tell us: that's what your included revision is for.
Will the printed figurine match the preview?
Yes. The figurine matches the 3D preview you approved — if not, we remake it free.
When do I get the 3D preview?
3D preview by email within 3 business days of your order. It ships 2 to 3 weeks after your order. For Christmas: order by November 15.
Shipping
Will I pay customs or duties?
No. Every figurine is printed and shipped from Québec, so there are no customs, no duties and nothing to pay at the door. Final price: no taxes or fees added.
Do you ship to the United States?
Not yet. At launch, we ship only within Canada, with tracking, and shipping is included in the price. The United States is coming soon.
AI and privacy
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI helps us draw your pet's chibi version and turn it into a 3D model. A person checks every model before printing, and you approve the preview. Printing, finishing and packing are done in Québec.
What do you do with my photos?
They are stored in Canada and used only to make your figurine. To create the chibi drawing and the 3D model, they are sent to our AI tools (Google Gemini and Meshy), which may process them outside Canada. We never post them without your permission, and we delete them about 30 days after delivery (or 30 days after your request if you don't order).
In memory
Can I get one for a pet that passed away?
Yes. Many people make one as a keepsake. Send the best photos you have, and we'll take good care of them.
My pet is old or sick. Should I wait?
You don't have to wait. Some people prefer to make one while their pet is still napping on the couch, from photos taken today. Take the photos at your own pace: one clear photo of the face is enough.
