About these terms
These terms apply when you use chibiyo.com or place an order with Chibiyo, a sole proprietorship based in Québec, Canada. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Contact: info@chibiyo.com.
Our product
- Chibiyo makes custom 3D chibi figurines of pets, created from the photos you send us.
- Figurines are 3D-printed in PLA in Québec and measure about 8-10 cm.
- Each figurine is a decorative collectible. It is not a toy and is not intended for children under 14.
- Our 3D models are generated with the help of artificial intelligence tools, then checked by a human. The figurine is a stylized "chibi" interpretation of your pet, not an exact replica. Colours and details may differ slightly from the photos and from the on-screen preview.
Your photos
- You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you send us (for example, you took them or you have permission from the person who did).
- You allow us to use them only to create your figurine. How we handle your photos is explained in our Privacy Policy.
What we refuse
We do not make figurines of protected characters or brands (for example, Disney or Pokémon characters), or of content that is offensive or that you do not have the right to use. If your order includes such content, we may cancel it and refund you before production.
How an order works
- You send your photos and place your order.
- After payment, we send you a 3D preview by email. You get 1 free revision.
- If you decline the preview before printing starts, you get a full refund.
- Once you approve the preview, we print, check and ship your figurine.

Prices and payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are shown on the site at the time of your order.
- Payment is made at checkout through Shopify.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For orders to the United States, US duties and taxes are paid at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of chibiyo.com (texts, images, logo, designs) belongs to Chibiyo. Your figurine is for your personal use. We never publish your photos or your figurine without your separate and explicit consent.
Responsibility
We make every reasonable effort to deliver a quality figurine. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including Québec's Consumer Protection Act.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.
