Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States. Every figurine is made and shipped from Québec, Canada.
When your order ships
Your figurine is custom-made. It goes into production after you approve your 3D preview (or after your free revision). It ships once it has been printed and checked.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not offer free shipping.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order ships.
Orders to the United States: duties and taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, US duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. You will not have to pay anything extra to the carrier when your package arrives.
Prices
All prices on chibiyo.com are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Damaged or lost packages
If your figurine arrives broken or damaged, see our Refund Policy: email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. If your tracking shows no movement for a long time or your package seems lost, write to info@chibiyo.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, write to info@chibiyo.com as soon as possible, before your order ships.
