  • You approve your pet's 3D preview before we print. Not quite them? 1 revision included. Still not right? Full refund, before anything is printed.

How much is it?

$89 CAD per figurine ($79 for the first 100, numbered #001 to #100). Shipping in Canada is included in that price, and so is the gift box. That's the final price: no taxes or fees added.

What if it doesn't look like them?

You approve the 3D preview before printing. 1 revision is included. If it's still not them, you get a full refund as long as printing hasn't started.

How long does it take? For Christmas?

3D preview by email within 3 business days of your order. Then we print, check and pack it in Québec. For Christmas: order by November 15.

What if it arrives broken?

Email info@chibiyo.com within 14 days with a photo: we replace it or refund you.

My photos and AI?

AI helps us draw the chibi version and build the 3D model. A person checks every model, and you approve the preview before printing. Your photos are stored in Canada, only used to make your figurine, and deleted about 30 days after delivery.
